Approvals and CEU

The courses provided by Exigent Response are recognized by most Federal and State agencies. If you have a questions regarding approvals, just ask! Approval documents are available upon request.

Students who are seeking Continued Education credit should specify their agency and job title when providing their enrollment information.

FAQ

  • How do I register for or schedule a course?
    • Course information can be obtained by emailing the training enter. Please be prepared to provide information on which class(es) you are interested in scheduling, your agency and job title (when applicable),  and the desired date of the course. You will typically receive a response within 24 hours.
  • How do I pay for a course?
    • Payment information will be provided via email once your course has been scheduled. All courses require prepayment within 48 hours of scheduling. We currently only accept payments through Venmo.
  • I have a large group or company. What are the maximum class sizes?
    • The maximum class size for the CPR/AED & First-Aid class is 10. However, we can provide multi-scheduling discounts for groups, organizations or companies larger than 10.
  • I'm an individual who needs to re-certify. Can I schedule a private class?
    • Private classes are possible, but are more expensive. It's recommended to join in another group's class if seats are available. Additionally, public courses are planned periodically throughout the year. For a list of currently available courses, please email the training center.
  • How will I receive my certification?
    • All certification cards are digital, and will be emailed to course graduates within a week after the course is compete.
  • I lost my certification card. What do I do?
    • Simply email the training center, and a new certification card can be reissued for a small fee.
